We want you to love your Rolling in Gigglez purchase. If you're not completely happy,  with it we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURNS ;  You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN;  Please contact us through our website. Once your return is approved, we'll send YOU instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS ;  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS;  If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS;  Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging cannot be returned.
