Refund Policy

We want u to love ur Rolling in Gigglez purchase. If u're not completely happy, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns U have 30 days from the date u receive ur item to request a return. To be eligible, ur item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us through our website. Once ur return is approved, we'll send u instructions on how to send ur item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect ur returned item, we'll notify u. If approved, ur refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to ur original payment method. Please allow additional time for ur bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items If ur item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to u.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging cannot be returned.
